As a Personal Stylist, I can understand your needs and design a programme of working with your people to achieve the goals you identify.  I find that this is more effective when conducted in a one on one session rather than a group situation. You may have staff that you want to develop and promote but have recognised that they need to make a change in their dress and overall image and style to make the best of future opportunities.  This can be a sensitive subject especially when crossing gender, age, and cultural boundaries.
